TrendLive supports user-generated content, including videos, live broadcasts, comments, profile content, event-based media, creator collaborations, music-related posts, and other interactive features. These Content Guidelines are designed to help maintain a safe, respectful, creative, and legally compliant environment for creators, viewers, businesses, and the wider community.
Our user content rules are aligned with widely recognized mobile application marketplace safety standards and general online community safety practices. They are intended to prevent objectionable, abusive, unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or exploitative content while allowing authentic creative expression.
User-Generated Content
Users may create, upload, publish, stream, comment on, react to, and share content through TrendLive, subject to these guidelines, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any additional rules shown inside the app. You are responsible for the content you submit and for confirming that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and licenses needed to post it.
Allowed Content
Content That Requires Extra Care
Prohibited Content
Music, Audio, and Performance Rights
Creators must only upload or stream music, audio, samples, performances, videos, images, logos, and other media when they own the content or have obtained the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses. TrendLive may mute, block, remove, limit, or restrict content if we believe it may infringe intellectual property rights or violate licensing requirements.
Live Broadcasts and Real-Time Content
Live broadcasts, real-time interactions, comments, gifts, reactions, and event streams are subject to the same content rules as uploaded videos. TrendLive may monitor live activity, interrupt a stream, remove content, disable comments, restrict features, or suspend accounts when live content creates safety, legal, or platform integrity concerns.
Commercial, Sponsored, and E-Commerce Content
Business accounts, sponsored posts, product videos, affiliate content, storefront activity, promotions, and e-commerce features must be honest, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws. Creators and businesses should clearly disclose material relationships, avoid deceptive pricing or product claims, and must not promote prohibited or restricted goods or services.
Review Process
TrendLive may review content before or after publication using automated systems, TrendLive AI, human moderators, trusted reviewers, community reports, and other safety tools. Review may include checks for safety, legality, intellectual property, authenticity, account behavior, user reports, and platform integrity. Approval, visibility, monetization, promotion, or recommendation of content is not guaranteed.
Reporting, Blocking, and Safety Controls
Users may report content, accounts, comments, messages, or live activity through in-app reporting tools or support channels. TrendLive may also provide tools to block users, limit interactions, control visibility, filter comments, restrict messaging, or reduce exposure to unwanted content. Reports are reviewed based on severity, available evidence, context, and repeat behavior.
Enforcement
If content or account activity violates these guidelines, TrendLive may take action including warning the user, reducing distribution, age-restricting content, disabling comments, muting audio, removing content, limiting features, suspending live access, restricting monetization, disabling business or commerce tools, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, or referral to appropriate authorities when required by law.
Appeals
If a creator believes content was removed or restricted in error, the creator may contact TrendLive support and provide relevant details such as username, content title or ID, approximate upload date, screenshots, rights documentation, and a brief explanation. TrendLive may review the appeal and may restore, modify, or maintain the enforcement action at its discretion.
Data and Retention
Content data, moderation records, reports, account actions, and related metadata may be stored as needed to operate the service, enforce these guidelines, protect users, respond to disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve safety systems. When accounts or content are deleted, TrendLive handles removal and retention according to its Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, technical limitations, legal requirements, and safety needs.
Updates to These Guidelines
TrendLive may update these Content Guidelines from time to time to reflect new features, safety requirements, legal changes, creator tools, business services, and community needs. Continued use of TrendLive after an update means you agree to follow the updated guidelines.
TrendLive is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, creative, and trustworthy environment for user-generated content, live experiences, creator collaboration, and community participation.
